Join Aubrie of Bramble Tail for a thorough series in cheesemaking, starting from the ground up: soils, grasslands and the animals of alchemy themselves.  Topics include grassland management and managed grazing, animal husbandry and milking animals, various processes for turning milk into cheese.  Sign up for the entire series, or one class that suits your fancy.

JULY 7: The Alchemy of Cheesemaking, accompanied by Farmstead Cheese Tastings & Making Home-scale Fresh Ricotta (11am to 2pm)
AUGUST 4: Making Ice Cream (11am to 2pm)
SEPTEMBER 1: Making Yogurt, Kefir & Butter (11am to 2pm)
OCTOBER 6: Making Fresh Cheese (11am to 2pm)
NOVEMBER 3: Making Aged Cheese (11am to 3pm) 

Cost: Sliding Scale $75-100 per class
