Seasonal herbal products are available, as allowed by seasonal abundance and time in the day, and for sale in the Green Valley Marketplace. Herbal products are made fresh from plants we grow in our Apothecary Garden. Medicinal compounds are extracted in alcohol (known as a tincture), vinegar and honey (known as an oxymel), or are gently dried in our Herb Dryer for you to take home and enjoy a hot cup of tea.
