Join us as we host the fabulous Trevor Milk_Trekker for a deep dive in the art and science of Natural Cheesemaking. The course will cover the basics of cheese science and milk microbes; making your own natural starters for fermentations; making fresh and ripened cheeses. The course will run Saturday March 30 through Wednesday April 3, 10am to 5pm each day. $650 for the five day course. Optional additional $200/night for Room + Board.
